Regulations 

The legislation of the Republic of Latvia provides that the owner of an online store must reserve the terms of delivery and return of goods, as well as the right to refuse. Such a booking is called a distance contract (MC provision). 

Distance contract

The seller of the goods offered in this online store, SIA "KAZANOVA", on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, conclude the following. Agreement: 

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the Buyer's order. 

Delivery and payment procedure

The buyer orders goods through this website, specifying the type and quantity of goods ordered. The Buyer has the option to pay for the goods using the payment tools built into the online tool or by paying the corresponding invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer by e-mail. The invoice is generated electronically and is valid without a signature. The seller ensures the processing of the order within 2 working days of receipt of payment for the goods and delivery of the goods within 3 working days, coordinating the delivery time with the buyer. 

Right of withdrawal 

The Buyer has the right to refuse the Goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods by sending a rejection letter to the Seller. The form of the letter of cancellation is sent by the Seller to the Buyer by e-mail at the request of the Buyer. 

The buyer is obliged to return the goods to the seller within 7 days after sending the letter of refusal. All costs incurred in connection with sending the goods back to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer. The buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

  • ordered goods are non-refundable due to their nature, are perishable or can be quickly used up; 
  • the ordered goods are made directly for the Buyer on an individual order; 
  • the buyer has opened the packaging of an audio or video recording or a computer program. 

Part six of Article 12 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia states that “the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal”. The Seller reserves the right to deny the Buyer the right of withdrawal or withhold a compensation fee in case of damage to the goods, careless handling of the goods during use or failure to follow the instructions in the manual if the original packaging of the goods is damaged. lost or if its packaging is significantly damaged. 

Data processing 

By entering the necessary information, when placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he is familiar with and agrees that the data provided by him is used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. By entering information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified e-mail address.
