WHITE OCEAN 0.0 is born in the same Latgale distillery and the same copper pot still as our spirits. One difference: alcohol never goes in. This is not an industrial de-alcoholised drink — it is a distillate designed from the start to be alcohol free.

Taste. Juniper berries give a dry, resinous base. Rose petals open it up and soften it. Citrus peel closes with a clean, faintly bitter finish.

How to serve. 50 ml over ice, tonic 1:3, a twist of grapefruit or a sprig of rosemary.
